Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Foam Gluer to join our warehouse team. The Foam Gluer will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that foam products are glued accurately and efficiently. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability of commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Apply adhesive to foam materials according to specifications.
Fabricate foam products by cutting, shaping, and assembling components as needed.
Ensure proper alignment and adhesion of materials during the gluing process.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring they are secure and ready for delivery.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Assist in troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance on gluing equipment as necessary.
Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus.
Basic knowledge of prepress processes and machining techniques is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift materials as required.
